The daughter of William Drexel and Inez Killen Webb, Donna grew up in Jenkins, Kentucky, where she enjoyed a happy childhood. She was very musical, playing flute and piccolo in high school band and the piano and organ for Sunday services at Jenkins Methodist Church. Donna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in education from Eastern Kentucky University and began teaching near home at Fleming-Neon High School. Lucille Frances Snodgrass, 90, of Danville, passed away at her home on February 25, 2026. She was born in Lancaster, Kentucky on May 22, 1935 to the late Arch and Everee Faulkner.
