Ray Sims, 86, of Waynesburg, KY, passed away, Monday, March 20th at his home. He was the husband of Rheba Elaine (Poe) Sims for 68 years. Ray was born in Waynesburg, Kentucky on September 11, 1936, a son of the late Sarah Elizabeth (Meade) and Mack Sims. Ray was a charter member of the Waynesburg, KY area rescue squad, lifelong farmer, and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
