Joie Thomas "Joe" Brown, Age 74, Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. He was the widower of Deborah Ann Brown, who preceded him in death on February 7, 2019. Joe was born January 2, 1951 in Stanford, Kentucky and he is the son of Irene Pollard Brown and the late Joseph Walker "Jack" Brown. He loved the fellowship that he was able to enjoy while trading knives with family and friends and to help anyone in need. He truly enjoyed horseback riding.
