Pauline "Polly" Davis Billings-Tuttle, 92, longtime resident of Stanton, KY, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023 at Legacy Reserve in Lexington surrounded by her family. Born on October 17th, 1930 she was the daughter of the late William and Madge Davis. Polly was a graduate of Powell County High School and an active member of her community.
