James Elmer Mallon, 81, of Red Wing, died Sunday, November 26, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 23, 1942, in Red Wing to Elmer and Vivian (Baez) Mallon. He graduated from Red Wing High School in 1961. On December 14, 1963, he was married to Renee Madison in Avoca, Minnesota. During his career he worked as a mechanic or in maintenance at Red Wing Sewer Pipe, Arnie Charlson Construction, Meyer Industries and for 15 years at Flint Hills Resources in Rosemount prior to his retirement.
