Mr. Cantey was born April 29, 1967, in Kingstree, SC, a son of the late William Corneilous Cantey, II and Sandra McKenzie Cantey. He was a graduate of Kingstree Senior High School. Neil was a tank welder and inspector for T&M Transfer for 24 years. He was lovingly known as "Neil the Wheel" by his family and friends. Junior was born June 4, 1932, in Williamsburg County near Kingstree, South Carolina. He was a son of the late Joseph Eston and Sarah "Sadie" Duke Lane.
