Clarence Edwin Becraft went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 12, 2025. He was 98 years old. Anyone that knew him, could easily affirm that he heard God say, "Well done, good and faithful servant." He was married to his wife June Becraft for 68 years. A service celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, March 22 at Epworth United Methodist Church facility, 9008 Rosemont Dr., Gaithersburg, MD 20877. Ms. Wanda Lee Embrey, 77 of Frederick, MD and formerly of Monrovia, MD entered the gates of Heaven on February 23, 2025. Ms. Embrey worked in the banking industry for 50 years and retired from M&T Bank. She was a devoted member of the Bush Creek Church of the Brethren where she served in various capacities as a Deacon, Organist, Choir singer, Ladies Aid and Treasurer. Ms. Embrey was active in the 4-H community serving as a 4-H Club leader; judge for Frederick Fair; member of the Frederick County 4-H All Star and member of the Maryland 4-H All Star. Dr. Joseph S. Buffington Dr. Joe, born February 19, 1945, in Atlanta, Georgia. He passed away peacefully on August 2, 2024, {79}. Dr. Joe earned his BS from Davison and was on the wresting team. He went to medical school at Duke University. He joined the Army and headed the OB/GYN departments in Nurnberg, Germany. Later, he went on to head the OB/GYN department at Walter Reed Hospital before going into private practice at Montgomery General Hospital. During his career Dr. Joe delivered more than 3000 babies.
