Myra Schiley, age 86, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2020 due to natural causes. Myra was born on March 12, 1934 in Butler, SD, to Everett and Esther Swanson. On November 4, 1952, she married the love of her life, Jim Schiley who preceded her in death in 1998. She is also preceded in death by her parents, her brother Cecil Swanson, and her sister Alice McCargar. Myra worked side by side with Jim to run their farm and raise 7 kids. In later years, after they sold the livestock and started renting out the land, Myra went to work at Sun Dial Manor where she worked in the kitchen for a number of years before retiring.
