Billy Kay Chambers, age 81, of Marietta, passed away June 26, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 15, 1942 in Maud, OK and lived a life well lived raising two strong daughters. She was an avid doll collector and seamstress and retired from Publix Bakery. She is predeceased by her parents, Billy and Margaret McKinney. Survived by daughters, Lisa Sitner and Lynda Chambers. She is loved and not forgotten. Mr. Edwin P. Williams, Sr., age 77, of Baxley, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Wellstar Medical College of Georgia in Augusta after a short illness. Mr. "Ed" was a native and lifelong resident of Baxley and had worked at Bax Steel, Selco and the Georgia Department of Transportation.
