Judith Ann Bowins, 77, of Accident, MD, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 13, 2023, at Garrett Regional Medical Center, Oakland, MD. Judith was born on November 24, 1945, in Frostburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Woodrow and Virginia Helen (Witt) Paul. She was also preceded in death by her husband of many years, Donald Bowins; three brothers, Jim, Roddy and Ray Paul; and by one sister, Kay Paul. Judith was raised in Grantsville, MD. She enjoyed collecting angels, teapots and peacocks. In her spare-time she watched birds and bake treats for her family and friends. Judith was also known for her sweet tea. Born November 16, 1933, in Staunton, VA, he was the son of the late Robert Gray and Thelma (Liptrap) Ellinger. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Sprouse and Fonda Ellinger.
