Todd Henry Hansen, 63, of Rohrersville, MD passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. He was born on February 26, 1962, in Garland, TX. He was the loving husband of Julie Anne Lanahan. Todd served in the US Air Force from 1989-96 and was honorably discharged as Captain. He also served in the Air National Guard of Kentucky. From his military service he had several lifelong friendships. Todd was creative and was a skilled glass artist. He enjoyed fly fishing, the Washington Capitals and Formula 1 racing. She was the daughter of Thomas Houston Garrison and Edna Vaughn Garrison and wife of Paul Mifflin Perkins, her husband for 64 years until his death in 2012. Pat was an avid reader with a love of history and education. Upon obtaining her teaching degree from Towson University she taught briefly at Wilde Lake Middle School in Columbia before pursuing her passion for helping others in the non-profit arena, primarily with Girl Scouts of the USA and the United Way of Frederick County.
