He graduated from Kansas State and then served in the Air Guard. He enjoyed a long and successful career with General Materials Inc. (now White Cap) as a Forms Design Engineer for over 40 years. She was born in Agana, Guam, the first of six children of Ismael Cruz Perez and Ana Pangelinan. Sister Monica attended elementary school and Our Lady of Guam Academy in Guam and later graduated from Sacred Heart College in Belmont, North Carolina with a degree in Elementary Education. Sister Monica had no contact with any religious community of women until the Sisters of Mercy from Belmont were established on Guam in 1946. Walter Anthony "Tony" Peloso passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 13, 2022, following a courageous battle with leukemia, shortly after being in remission from Ewings Sarcoma.
