David Edward Winger, age 58 passed away at his home in Cokeville, Wyoming the morning of August 22, 2022. David was born on November 21, 1963 in Murray, Utah, the son of Richard Edward and Patsy Gail (Newman) Winger. David married Felice Evette Mahoney on March 20, 2002 in Hyrum, Utah and they were later sealed in the Logan LDS Temple on April 6, 2005. Dave was a great father, husband, and an even greater grandfather. He was a hardworking man and an exceptional role model. He spent an accomplished career as a master electrician in seven states. Shirley Berg Mower passed away peacefully on July 7th, 2019 at the age of 91 at South Lincoln Nursing Center. Shirley was born on January 11, 1928, in American Fork, Utah to Don and Bernice Berg. She was the oldest of 4 children. The family spent their summers working the family sheep ranch near Kamas, Utah. Rheta Caroline Charlton of Evanston, Wyoming, passed away peacefully from natural causes on Monday, April 26th, 2021, at Rocky Mountain Care in Evanston, Wyoming. She was born in Trossachs, Saskatchewan, Canada on July 1st, 1936 to George Saigeon and Myrtle Anderson and grew up in Hanover, Ontario, Canada. In her younger years, she enjoyed spending time at her dear friend Mildred's cottage and playing snare drum in the All-Girl's Trumpet Band at the John Diefenbaker Secondary School in Hanover.
