Mike Buice of Monroe, Georgia, passed away on January 27, 2026, after battling cancer. He retired from Newcomb Spring Corp in Atlanta after more than 40 years, beginning as a shipping clerk at 18 and eventually becoming general manager. He was a 1969 graduate of Avondale High School in DeKalb County and a member of the Marine Reserves. Mike loved golf - he was an excellent player and cherished time with his golfing buddies. He also valued his high school friends and enjoyed being with them. His hobby was buying and selling antique cars and loved a good game of poker.
