Stephen Knowles died at the age of 73 surrounded by his family at home in Delray Beach, Florida, on November 4th, 2021. Steve is survived by his wife, Catherine Malloy Knowles; children, Natalie Knowles and Tracy Knowles Lutz; son-in-law Patrick Lutz; siblings, Sharon Perkins and Nancy Albanese; grandchildren Connor Knowles Choate and Everett Knowles Lutz. Steve earned an AB in Economics from Brown University in 1969. He had a stellar career in corporate finance, including 22 years in various executive positions at General Electric, 8 years as a finance executive with Ericsson, and two stints as CFO for Tropian and Specialized Healthcare Partners.
