Age 81, of East Tawas, Michigan, passed away in Tawas City, Michigan, on July 16, 2023. Joan was born to the late Thomas and Mamie Parks on October 27, 1941, in Caledonia, Michigan. She grew up in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area, and was a graduate of Mesick High School. Following her graduation, she married the love of her life, Lyle Pike. The two were married in Antioch, Michigan in September of 1960, and they shared the next 63 years happily together. He is survived by his children, James R. (Sandy) Greene of Nicholasville KY, Jay (Laurel) Greene of East Tawas MI, Jessie Greene of Elkhart IN, and Eric (Tammy) Slavik of Cuyahoga Falls OH, and 7 grandsons and a granddaughter. Barbara Elaine Scherrer Age 86, of Tawas City, Michigan died on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at her home under the loving care of her family and hospice. She was born the daughter of Gerald and Helen (Loose) Dunham on April 5, 1935 in Midland, Michigan. She was a graduate of Midland High School class of 1953. She then went on to beauty school and graduated from MJ Murphy Beauty College in 1978. Theresa was born in East Tawas, Michigan to Joseph and Agnes (Fernette) Reinke. She and her husband, Ret. Lt. Charles Clark, lived in various communities throughout Michigan while her husband was employed through the Michigan State Police.
