of Tampa, Florida, passed away on May 12, 2023. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she came to Florida from Nutley, NJ, where she lived with her husband, Al, and worked for the State of New Jersey. Maria loved to sing, dance, and laugh. She was a fabulous cook and hostess. She and Al gave some of the best dinner parties ever. Survivors include her sister Dolores Capalbo, three nephews, one niece, and daughter-in-law Anne Lawrence. Betty H. Fueyo, long time resident of Tampa, passed away peacefully at her home on March 26, 2023 at age 96. She will be greatly missed. Betty was born on April 19, 1926 in Greenville, South Carolina, to Robert Wade Harrison and Ida Mae Southern Harrison. She remained proud of her South Carolina roots and Harrison lineage throughout her life. She married the love of her life, Jack Morales Fueyo, on June 9, 1946 in Greenville, South Carolina. We are sad to announce the passing of Pastor Jesus Rocha of Tampa, Florida. He died at the age of 81, on Friday, February 3, 2023. Pastor passed away peacefully surrounded by family. He was married to the love of his life, Leonor Rocha, for over 50 years. He was an exemplary father and grandfather. He loved his family more than anything and will be greatly missed by all.
