Raquel R. Millan passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her son, Fred and daughter-in-law, Gail on September 18th, 2024 in Hillsboro, Oregon after a year long battle with cancer. She expressed how happy she was to have her daughter, Marguerite and her son, Michael and their families visit her in the last week prior to her passing. She had a joyful surprise party with her friends and family a week before she passed. She was a wonderful and loving mother to us and will be forever missed.
