On July 26, 2019 at 3:26 pm William Harold Kindred went home to be with the Lord. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 yrs. Lynne, his son Steven, Granddaughter Lainie, sister and brother in law Kathryn and Bob Lyons, plus several nieces and nephews. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran with the 9th Infantry Division from November 1968 to November 1969. He served his country proudly. A memorial service will be held in Riverside, CA at a later date. William Lee Hart, M.D. died on December 26, 2018 in Solimar Beach, California. Dr. Hart was born April 21, 1930 in Oxnard, California of parents Ivy and M.G. Hart. He was one of three brothers, all of whom obtained their doctorates. Dr. Hart's family moved to Santa Barbara when he was 2 years old and grew up there, attended the University of California at Berkeley and graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Betty was born January 19,1929 in Carthage, Missouri. Her family moved to California when she was about 2 years old and settled on the Limoneira Ranch. Judith Ann Cochran Barker, (Judy), 79, of Compton, Ca., was born on April 21, 1939 and passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m from complications of cancer. She was a certified hypnotherapist and former President of Soroptimist International of both Ventura and Grass Valley chapters. She was an officer's wife for 23 years and served as President of the Officer's Wives' Club. Jennie (Stratas) Douds, 98, was called to her eternal rest on August 6, 2018, at home in Oxnard California under the care of her Daughter and Granddaughter, after a lengthy illness. She was born to Emanuel George Stratas and Catherine (Reich) Stratas on June 28, 1920, in West Virginia. Jennie married Van F. Douds in 1943. They were happily married for 60 years until Van passed in 2003. Jennie was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and gardening.
