Ralph Webb, Jr., also known as "Pop", passed peacefully on Monday May 2, 2022. He was born July 18, 1932 in Lockport, NY and is the son of the late Reverend Ralph Webb, Sr. and Gertrude Webb. Ralph graduated from Rochester Business Institute and St. John Fisher College. He served during the Korean War. While he was a VP of Sales for a few companies, he was the proudest of the small business he started and worked hard at for 35 years. He met his wife, Joyce Jenkins, through a friend on a blind date in Charlotte, NC while there for business. Known to his friends as Rick, he was born January 3, 1943, to Inez Kellett Stroup and Edgar Ivan Stroup, in Sunnyside, Washington.
