Betty was born and raised in Middlesboro Kentucky. She passed away in Knoxville Tn. She was preceded in death mother Betty June Gunter (Webb), brother David Gunter, sister Donnann Broadwater. Betty is survived by her 2 son David England and Steven Tanner , daughter Angela Rogers and 2 grandsons.

Rev. Bell, age 74, a resident of Greenback, Tennessee, graduated to heaven on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville. Mr. Bell was united in marriage to Vickie Bell on January 5, 1974. She preceded her husband in death February 27, 2021. He leaves behind his children, Aaron, in Knoxville married to Clorinda; Jonathan stationed in Guam married to Debra; and Guy, in Lenoir City married to Tara.
