Orlando Mateos, age 63 of Magnolia, Texas passed away on October 5, 2025. He was born on December 5, 1961 in Guantanamo, Cuba to his loving parents Francisco Mateos and Alina Lafarga Mateos. He was brought to the United States becoming a citizen at 14 months old during the Cuban Revolution. He went to St. Ambrose Catholic school and graduated from St. Piux X High School in Houston, Texas. He worked in the petrochemical industry as a pipe designer for 25 years. His passions included football, basketball, fishing, and fast cars. After 75 trips around the sun he left behind his wife of 52 years, Jeffrey Kay, his sister, Ina Young of Houston and his brother, William ( Kelly) Jordan of Victoria. He was a VHS grad of '65 and earned a BS in Criminology from SHSU. He traveled all over the world in the oilfield supply business. He was an Army vet and a mason. He enjoyed his land in east Texas, hot rods, vacations with his wife, and remembering the Victoria of the '50's and '60's. He suffered from lung disease, pessimism, and a shortage of western movies and boots.

Patricia Ruth McDonald Lewis was born to J.T. and Dorothy McDonald in Conroe, Texas on December 9, 1954. She passed gently from her home in Montgomery on January 20, 2022 after a long illness. Patti is survived by her husband and very best friend of 36 years, Kenny Lewis, as well as her beloved children, Christopher and Jessica Lewis and niece/daughter, Randi Moore of Utah. On September 14, 1967, God blessed Viola and Buddy Needham with a son they named Charles. Charles was one of God's special children who stopped breathing and his heart stopped at birth. The doctor said he would only live to be about 12 years old. God knew that his family needed him and blessed him with 54 years. The love he gave his family was priceless.
