Kermit David Brame, III, 57 went home to be with his Lord on May 1, 2025. Born October 15, 1967, he was an enthusiastic Hunt Warriors fan. He was a member of the 1984 Hunt Warrior football team which won the Big East Conference title, posted an 11-2 record and went to the Eastern 4-A finals. After completing high school in 1985, Dave attended Atlantic Christian College graduating with a degree in Mathematics and Business. He worked for the City of Wilson for seventeen years with the water treatment facility. Dave enjoyed outdoor life and was a friend to all he ever met. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. Lewis Willard Whitehead, Jr. went to meet his Lord Jesus on April 22, 2025. Lewis was born on January 19, 1944, in Newport News, Virigina to Mary Roscoe Gillam and Lewis W. Whitehead, Sr. Lewis was raised in Windsor, North Carolina. He was a very proud graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
