He was born November 4, 1953, in Painesville, OH to the late Donald and Ann (Nelson) Wilson. He was born August 28, 1958, in Canton to the late Jack E. and Emily M. (Ornouski) Fuller Sr. He was a 1976 graduate of Canton South.
