Frank R. Noewer, Sr., 89, of Punta Gorda, Florida, died August 22, 2022. He was born March 19, 1933, in Cleveland, Ohio. Frank worked as a cross country semi-truck driver for 33 years. He drove tankers hauling liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. His hobbies were playing golf and fishing. He enjoyed having coffee, playing cards, and shooting pool with his buddies. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and football. Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Donalea Noewer; children, Robin (Bill) Balogh, Dawn (Rick) Heath, and Frank (Sharon) Noewer; grandchildren, Nicole (John) Meyer, Teah Heath, Rachel Noewer, and Teresa (Philip) Murphy; and great grandchild, Ayden Meyer. Patricia L. Ray (nee Hathaway), 91, died May 23, 2020 at Kingston of Perrysburg. She was born August 23, 1928 in Cleveland. Mrs. Ray worked as a tax preparer, a data entry worker for Sedata Payroll systems in Seville Ohio, and managed American Discount drugstore in Wadsworth Ohio. She was a great homemaker and enjoyed working on and prepping food from the family garden. She was a square dancer, loved travelling and sailing in her earlier years.
