After a period of declining health, Jackie Forrest passed into eternal peace on April 30, 2025. She was born in Pikeville, KY September 13, 1937 to Sollie and Grover Damron. She was preceded in death by her husband Rex, her 13 siblings and her parents. She is survived by her children Steven, Michael (Amy) and Linda (Tracie) and her grandchildren Kevin (Courtney), Colin, and Olivia. Jackie spent the majority of her life in Barberton/ Norton area. Joyce Elaine (Teille) Davis, 88, was born on August 15, 1936, in Barberton. She left this earth for Heaven on March 16, 2025. While in high school, Joyce was a candy striper at Barberton Hospital. Upon graduation from Barberton High School in 1954, she began her pursuit of a nursing career at The University of Akron. That pursuit was cut short though, when during her freshman year, she met a handsome young Army veteran, the love of her life, Jack Lee Davis of Bath.
