He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1958 to 1960. Al retired as tax manager from Fred W. Albrecht Grocery Company after 45 years of service. Deborah Anne Mancuso, 52, of Stow passed away at home on August 8, 2024. Born on March 9, 1972 to the late Henry and Victoria Lavanty, Debbie is the wife of Craig Mancuso and mother of Samantha Mancuso. Debbie taught science at Hudson Middle School for the last 20 years. Not only a dedicated teacher, she was an avid reader and traveler, and loved animals and nature; but her first love was her family. On this day, May 8, 2024 five Saints, St. Joseph, St. Nicholas, St. Patrick, St. Dominic and St. Juan Diego swooped down and took Dick to a place to get him cleaned up and put on his white robe so he would be ready for the "Heavenly Marriage Feast". Veronica (Toots) (Varhoe) Everson, age 86, passed away on May 4, 2024. Toots built a life in her hometown of Akron, Ohio with her sweetheart, Tommy Everson who preceded her in death in 2012. Toots and Tommy were married for 56 years and had three beautiful children.
