Joyce L. Lapp, age 73 passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022 at OSF St. Anthony's Medical Center in Rockford, IL. She was born on October 31, 1948 a daughter of John and Doris (Jordan) Mellenberger of the Dayton/Belleville, WI area. Joyce is survived by her husband Richard "Dick" Lapp, sister Marilyn Mellenberger, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the First United Church of Christ 130 East Church St., Belleville, WI with Pastor Laura Kolden officiating with burial in the Belleville Cemetery. Charles W. "Chuck" Reuter, age 87 passed away on December 26, 2021 at UW Hospital. He was born on February 9, 1934 in Exeter Township, Green County, WI to William and Marie (Baumgartner) Reuter. He attended Ross Country and Green County schools, and worked on the family farm until moving to Arlington, WI in 1956. Charles briefly worked at Del Monte Canning Co. and the University Farms, then proudly worked 40 years at Ray-O-Vac. He married Elizabeth Schmidt in April 1958 and raised his family in Arlington.
