On October 19, 1935, Frankie and Ernest Samuels welcomed a beautiful baby boy. They would name him Robert. His mother passed away when he was an infant. Leroy "Pee Wee" Lyons, 78, of Galveston, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at his residence. Leroy was born April 1, 1946 in Palmetto, Louisiana, to Junious and Edna Zachary Lyons. He later relocated to Galveston, TX, where he would remain until his passing. Leroy was employed with UTMB for many years, until his retirement in 2009.
