Mr. Leonard Wade Broome, 89, died Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at White Oak Manor York. Funeral services were held at 11:30 AM, Friday, April 4, 2025 at Dantzler Baker Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Bagwell officiating. Interment followed in Greenlawn Cemetery. Mr. Broome was born March 3, 1936 in Great Falls, SC and was the son of the late Wade Abraham Broome and Mamie Catherine Dawkins Broome. He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and was retired from Duke Power after 31 years of service as an electrician. Mr. Broome was a veteran of the US Army.
