Charles Frederick "Fred" Gay, age 83, passed away January 5, 2025 at Wilson Healthcare and Rehab. He was born November 12, 1941 in Wilson County to the late Clyde Gay and Mary Gay and was also predeceased by his wife Brenda Gay, his daughters Mary Katherine Williams and Wanda Sue Dixon. Fred was a truck driver for his whole working career and loved gardening, feeding his squirrels and spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
