Robert Lee McMillen, Sr., age 83, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on December 2, 2023 at Lorien Elkridge in Elkridge, Maryland. Born in Elkins, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Elmer and Genevia (Hornbeck) McMillen and husband of the late Patricia Diane (Stevenson) McMillen. He was a truck driver and mechanic until he retired in 2006. He was heavily involved in Cub and Boy Scouts. She retired from Harford County Public Library where she served as Secretary to the Director for 30 years. Bobbie Lee Guy was born June 25, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland. As a young man, he proudly served in the Army and Air Force. After retiring from the military, he was a long-time employee at Martin State Airport. In the early 80s he began working at the Mary Risteau State Office Building where he retired in 2010.
