She was born September 27, 1959, in Platteville, WI, the daughter of Harlis and Evelyn (Gross) Edge. Teresa grew up in the Darlington and Shullsburg areas where she attended school. She then moved to Monroe and married her best friend; Tad Marvin Tucker Jr., on May 20, 1989 at Lamont United Methodist Church in rural Darlington. He was born September 26, 1946, in Monroe, WI, the son of Chester and Thelma (Jackson) Johnson. Harley grew up in Darlington and graduated from Darlington High School in 1964 and attended MATC in Madison with a degree in Construction.
