Fernand P. Hamel, aged 84, of Concord passed away peacefully on November 26, 2023. Fred is survived by his wife Shirley; his three children and their spouses, Lyn Ward (Chris), Steve Hamel (Jean) and Lisa Fritz (Rick); three step-children, Mike Remick (Kim), Tom Remick, and Dave Remick (Lynda).
