He lived most of his life in the Nettleton area. He was a retired carpenter and truck driver. He was of the Baptist faith. Ricky enjoyed cooking, gardening and canning. Hazel O. Morton Baulch, died at her home on Sunday morning December 22, 2024 surrounded by her family. Hazel was born on January 1, 1943 to Lillie May Seymore Morton and Curtis Eugene Morton. She attended Nettleton High School and earned a cosmetology license which was a lifetime dream of hers. She worked for many years as a seamstress in the garment and furniture industries later retiring from Peoplounger Furniture in Nettleton. Born in Lee County on February 3, 1955, she was a daughter to John and Catherine Humphries McCollum, and she was a graduate of Nettleton High School. Her career was spent in environmental services for hotels in Tupelo, but her greatest joy was caring for her dog that was also her best friend and companion, Abby and prior to her, it was Rascal. "Pop," as he was affectionately called by kids, grandkids, and the ones that loved him, was the owner of Wheel City for over 30 years.
