He was born on December 15, 1943, in Monroe County to Mack and Ruby Christine Smith Harris and he was married to the former Sandra English. For 17 years, he was an employee of Pennsylvania Tire in Tupelo, but Mr. Dub is most known for his appliance business which he operated many years. During that time, he gained numerous lifelong friends and dedicated customers. A true conversationalist, he never met a stranger which served him well in business.
