John Foy Milton III, 79, passed from this walk of life on November 14, 2023. He was born in Memphis, TN, on March 23, 1944. Foy graduated from Booneville High School in 1961 and Mississippi State University in 1965, having earn his degree in Chemical Engineering. He served two tours in Vietnam as a United States Naval Officer. He was assigned to the Twentieth Naval Construction Regiment as a Civil Engineer. He was honorably discharged in 1970 and was awarded the National Defense Service and Republic of Vietnam medals.
