Born in Hagerstown, MD on January 16, 1932, he was the son of the late Harry Clinton and Georgia Gossard Weber. Mr. Weber was a graduate of Hagerstown Junior College. He went on to serve honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
