Norman L. Kopeck of Wilson NY passed away on February 21, 2021, at Mount St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 81. Norm is celebrated for dedicating his life to the education of not only his own children but for thousands of others in the community, culminating in 37 years of public service as principal at Newfane High School. His selfless efforts included 53 years as a member and twice President of the Wilson Lions Club, President of the School Administrative Association of New York, and New York state delegate to the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Newfane: Michael J. Lee, age 80, passed away April 5, 2020 at Elderwood at Lockport following a long illness. He was born June 16, 1939 in Buffalo to Bernard and Phyllis (Becker) Lee and was a lifetime resident of this area. Mike worked for 40 years as a printer for the Colad Group and also spent over 15 years as a School Bus Driver for Ridge Road Express. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a member and Elder of the Lockport First Presbyterian Church as well as a committee member of BSA Troop #40 in Wrights Corners.
