She was the eldest daughter of the late James and Edna McLeod, who predeceased her. At her passing she was surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by John, her husband of 57 years, her sister Phyllis Handal and brother Malcolm McLeod, sons Jason and Mark and their wives Eleanor and Stephanie. Ashley Danielle Willett Major, a life-long resident of Southern Maryland, born on March 27, 1984, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 28, 2024, after a long, brave battle from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on July 21, 2024.
