Virginia "Ginny" Prey Berlin, formerly of Watertown, South Dakota, died peacefully after a long illness February 7th at her home in San Diego, Calif. She was 79. Ginny was born April 16, 1941 in Watertown, SD. She and her twin sister, Kathryn Prey Robertson, were the only children of Dr. E. Clark Prey and Evelyn Koenig Prey of Watertown. Dr. Prey ran a successful optometry practice in Watertown for approximately 50 years and was an active member of the Masonic Lodge. Mrs. Prey was a bookkeeper and a homemaker. Ginny graduated from Watertown High School in 1959 and attended the University of South Dakota where she met her first husband, Jon Billigmeier, who was in the Army ROTC. The two...
