Reynosa, Virginia lived a life marked by love, resilience, and deep devotion to her family. Born on January 11, 1921, in Dallas, Texas, to EC O'Reilly and Irene Hammett O'Reilly, Victor was a beloved brother, husband, father and grandfather. Victor pursued his education at Texas A&M University, Class of 1945, which was interrupted by basic training for World War II, where he trained sharp-shooters.
