Steven Ray France returned home to his Heavenly Father on January 6, 2025 after a courageous battle with Covid. He was surrounded by his family during his last days and the loss we all feel for him cannot be described. Steven created a wonderful legacy during his time here on earth and was a wonderful father, husband, brother, and son. Steven grew up in the Shelley area and attended Shelley High School. Steven was active in band and sports and earned his 4 year letterman before serving an LDS mission in South America. Frank was born on November 24, 1948 to Alvin and Dolora Marler Price. He grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. Gary L. Walton was born November 25, 1943 to Wendell and Sarah Walton in Montpelier Idaho. He was the middle child of 3 rambunctious boys. His family lived in Montpelier for several years then moved to Ammon, Idaho when he was a teenager. Gary, his brothers, and friends had many adventures in Ammon and the surrounding areas. He graduated from Bonneville High School and then went on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to South America, Peru. LaDean S. Christensen Bickley, 89, of Pocatello, passed away December 11, 2024 in Pocatello. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 21, 2024 at the Holman Ward Chapel, 300 East Chapel Street, Pocatello, Idaho 83201. Keith E Nielson, 91, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 6, 2024 at his home under hospice care. Keith was born May 3, 1933 in Rexburg to Harper T. and Laura May Goodson Nielson. He served in the Marine Corps and went into the Seabees during the Vietnam War and did two tours in Vietnam before being stationed in California, Puerto Rico, Mississippi, Okinawa, and Hawaii. . He retired 40 years ago and took care of his mother until her death. He met Alice Jean Tucker at Camp Pendleton while both were in the Marine Corps. Linda Ann Pattee, 82, of Shelley passed away on October 9, 2024 at her home. Linda was born in Garden City, Utah, to William and Pauline (Shepherd Hansen) in 1942. She was raised in the Goshen area and graduated from Firth High School in 1960. She married Terry Pattee on November 13, 1965 in Goshen, Idaho. Linda worked as a receptionist at the site, a lab tech for Pillsbury and Basic American, as a receptionist for the Idaho Falls Dental Group and finally as a receptionist for Freedom Law Office, retiring in 2021. Zilpah Louyne Killian was born on June 7th, 1934 to Charley Leroy Killian and Zilpah Cleo Young Killian in Rigby, Idaho. She moved to Bountiful, Utah at the age of five and then back to Rigby after her parents bought a farm when she was 12. His family moved to Basalt, Idaho in 1946 where learned the value of hard work. After graduating from Firth High School in 1954, he discovered his talent and love for the meat business. Jerrod Lynn Clapp, 89, of Shelley passed away May 4, 2024. Lynn was born March 2, 1935 in Idaho Falls to David Eugene and Cleah Lucille Lindsey Clapp. On August 15, 1962 he married Billie Jo Speas in the Idaho Falls Temple. Lynn was a member of the Idaho National Guard and Army Reserves. He attended the College of Idaho and Brigham Young University. He was employed for many different drafting firms. Tyler Brent Davis passed away unexpectedly at his home in Aubrey, Texas on April 8, 2024. He was born December 14, 1993, the third child of Brent Davis & Tina Johnson Davis. He grew up in Shelley, Idaho and was always active in sports. He was a natural athlete, playing baseball, soccer, basketball, and his greatest love-football. Maureen was born in Springerville, Arizona to Frances and Claude Phipps on Sept. 11th 1956, and grew up in Vernon, Arizona.
