Jack Clayton Triplett passed away following an illness at the age of 99 on August 20, 2021 at his home. Jack was born in Median, Kansas on January 22, 1922, the second of two sons born to Guy and Eva Triplett. Guy, an engineer in the oil business died when Jack was three. Jack moved with his mother to the Ozark Mountain of Missouri, living there during The Great Depression. Jack said his childhood was challenging. Jack graduated from Strafford High School in Strafoord, Missouri in 1940. He attended junior college for a semester and then joined the Civilian Conservation Corps. Mary (Murillo) Penagos, 94, passed away peacefully in her home with loving family members at her side, Saturday, August 14, 2021. Mary was born December 19, 1926 in Pocatello, Idaho- the youngest daughter of Amado Murillo and Inez (Cano) Murillo. Mary grew up in Pocatello, Idaho and continued to reside there for the duration of her life. Mary met and married Albert Zamaro on Nov 3, 1948, in Pocatello, where they had four children. After the untimely death of Albert in 1954, Mary met and married William (Bill) Penagos on April 7, 1956; they had five children. We all loved him dearly. At a young age, Michael excelled at everything he did including sports as well as scholastics. In academics, he was always in the top 1% of his class. When he graduated from high school, instead of attending college, he decided to join the army. He loved his country and I guess he felt it was his duty to serve. Lyndon Rigby Smith (88), passed away at home on Sunday, August 8, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. Lyndon was the sixth child born to Mont and Letha Smith, on July 9, 1933 in Chance, Montana. He was born in the heart of the Great Depression and while there was nothing by way of material things, everything was given to form important values. Honesty and truth were expected and lived by, a handshake, a binding agreement.
