Sharon Jensen passed away on Thursday February 28, 2024 in South Jordan, Utah. She was born on October 25, 1940 in Ogden, Utah to Bettie G. Hickey and Lawrence Jay Bullock. In October of 1959 she married Rodney E. Jensen in Elko, Nevada and they had two children. Mom spent much of her youth on her grandparents Hickey Ranch where she developed a love of animals, especially horses. She decided at a young age that she wanted to race horses. Mom learned how to play piano and the drums at a young age. She loved to hunt and shoot target rifles. There was rarely a person that could outshoot her. Kenneth Jay Beckwith, our beloved father, grandfather, and brother passed away at his daughter's home in Salt Lake City Utah on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. He was 84 years old. Ken was a mechanic, millwright welder, and accomplished pilot. He retired as the maintenance supervisor of the PP&L coal-fired power plants west of the Mississippi in 1990. He returned to school and earned a Certificate of Higher Education in Jet Aircraft Maintenance and got a job repairing jet engines. He became an expert in ballistics and was a lifetime athlete. Val Knight passed away at age 60 on December 5, 2022 in Woodland, Utah surrounded by family after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born on January 15, 1962 in Heber City, Utah to Farrell Ernest and Deanne (Prescott) Knight. Val was the fifth child of eleven children.
