Debra Jean Daniels was born in Driggs, Idaho on June 15th, 1954. She passed away January 9th, 2026, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was the third child of Grant and Reta Daniels. She was raised in Driggs, Idaho until just before her freshman year of high school when her family moved to the Antelope Valley. Here she enjoyed farming and ranching with her dad, riding horses, rodeoing, softball and track. Debbie graduated from Butte County High School in 1972. Stephanie Lynne Engle passed away on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, in Pocatello, Idaho at the age of 53 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Stephanie was born on April 16th, 1972, in Pocatello, Idaho to Ivan May and Patricia May (Hocking). She graduated in 1990 from Highland High School where she was a member of the drill team. In 1996, she gave birth to her first son, Daniel, and in 1997 gave birth to a second son, Tyler. In 2001, She gave birth to her daughter Ashley. Logan Edward Williams, 86 passed away peacefully at his home in Mackay, Idaho on November 10, 2024. He was born August 15, 1938, in Arco, Idaho to Edward and Elvera Stacy Williams. Logan was a lifetime resident in the Lost River Valley. On May 28, 1960, he married Linda Hayworth. They resided in Mackay, Idaho where they worked side by side to provide for their family on the ranch. They raised 4 children. He was born on May 11, 1934, in Mackay, Idaho to Carl Eugene and Mabel Wilson Wall. Leonard was raised and lived his entire life in the town that he loved, Mackay, Idaho. After graduating from Mackay High School, Leonard began his long career of delivering fuel to all parts of central and eastern Idaho. A career that lasted for 71 years and over 2 million miles. Robert, known to some as Trine, was born in Menard, Texas on May 23,1937 to Nasario Celso Gonzales and Margarita Garcia. Robert was the youngest child of six boys. He grew up with Emiliano, James, Rigoberto, Ruben, Nolberto and his cousin Mayo. Robert grew up and attended school in Menard. He was a very active and ambitious boy who could often be found running through pastures with bare feet. On October 27th 1972 Willie Toby Shields made his appearance and in addition to his older sister Denise completed the family of Jim and Shirley Shields.It was mining that brought this little family from Utah to Custer County, first living at Saturday Mountain before settling in Pahsimeroi valley. Growing up Toby experienced all the freedom which country kids do.A chance wrestling match in grade school resulted in one of many "bromances" that ended the "newbie" status. Ivan G. May passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of December 13, 2023, in Chubbuck, Idaho at the age of 88. Ivan was born February 18, 1935 to Beulah May (Miller) and Benjamin May in Mackay, Idaho. He graduated from Mackay High School in 1953 and in 1960 married the love of his life, Patricia Hocking. Ivan spent a short time as a reservist for the Army and later moved to Pocatello, Idaho where he worked and retired as a land surveyor for the State of Idaho.
