After a hard-fought battle with Colon cancer, Chuck Purbaugh passed away on June 29, 2024 in Katy, Texas. Chuck was born in New Eagle, a Borough of Monogahela, PA and grew up in Duluth, Minnesota. Chuck went to high school in Fairbault, MN at Shattuck School and lettered in football, basketball, baseball and graduated Cum Laude. He then graduated Penn State University with a BS in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. He completed his military obligation with the Minnesota National Guard and the US Army Reserve. Susan Wallace, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, passed away unexpectedly yet peacefully on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, just days after completing the Galveston Ironman, where she impressively finished 22nd in her division. Donnie Jay Gotcher passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the age of 74. He was born on June 4, 1949, in Matador, Texas. He lived on the Pitchfork Ranch in Guthrie, Texas until the age of six when his family moved to Nederland, Texas. Donnie graduated from Nederland High School in 1967.
