He was born on Sunday, August 18, 1946, in Schenectady, New York to Adolph Leonard Steinke and Helene Marie (Ernst) Steinke. He married his beautiful bride Carole Jean Livingston on May 27, 1971 in Seminole, Texas. Paul was a wonderful husband, father, brother and friend. He was a member of Crossroads Fellowship and a coach with Special Olympics for 18 years as well as a member of a local bowling league. Irene married Dean Tittel in Great Bend, Kansas on November 19, 1950, and they enjoyed almost 64 years together before he passed in 2014.
