Wanda May Magee, 92, of Eagle Lake formerly of Bryan, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 14, 2024. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Interment will follow at Rest-Ever Memorial Park. Nancy Jeanne Westmoreland, 88, of Dickinson, passed away on May 27, 2024, in Bryan, Texas. Nancy was born in Milliken, Colorado to George and Maudie Mahood, October 13, 1935. As a child, with her parents and her brother, Robert "Bunny" Mahood, she moved to Texas City. When she was 11 years old, she experienced the Texas City Disaster. She had memories of that devastating explosion as a sixth grader in school that fateful morning. Nancy graduated from Texas City High School in May 1953.
