Jeffrey Paul Rauen, 57, passed away at home on June 14, 2021, in Des Moines, IA. A visitation will be held from 2 - 4pm on Friday, June 18th, at Iles Westover Chapel, with a memorial service to follow at 4pm. Jeffrey is survived by his father, Willis Rauen of Dubuque, IA; children, Michael (Annie Stone) Rauen of Ankeny, Zachary Rauen of Des Moines, and Sophia Rauen of Des Moines; sisters, Jane (Thomas) Flynn of Epworth, June (Steven) Flynn of Goodyear, AZ, and Julie (Thomas) Tressel of Dubuque, IA. Morris (Moe) Joseph Blum of Independence Village, Waukee, Iowa passed away March 9, 2021. A graveside service will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque later this spring. Moe was born June 22, 1944, son of Morris and Margaret (Maas) Blum. He attended St. Mary grade school, Wahlert, Loras Academy, and graduated from Dubuque Senior High School in 1962. Moe married Janice Manahl on February 13, 1965, at Nativity Church. He operated Dubuque Vending Co. from 1963 to 1986. He then worked for Dubuque Greyhound Park. Jill Morrill, 64, passed away at her home in Urbandale Iowa, surrounded by her family and love on Friday November 27, 2020, exactly one month after being diagnosed with brain cancer. Born on July 15, 1956 in Northampton, MA to Benjamin Mysorski and Marjorie (Babbie) Mysorski, Jill began her love with the outdoors at an early age, growing up at her father's summer camp, playing year round sports and being the first female recipient of an outstanding athletic achievement at Northampton High School. A graduate of Springfield College in 1979 with a degree in Physical Education, Jill started her professional career as a PE teacher and Fitness Director at the Norwalk YMCA in Norwalk, CT. There...

Thomas "Tom" Joseph Jochum was born to Alfred and Lolita (Schmitt) Jochum on December 25, 1951 and died November 9, 2020. Tom grew up in Dubuque Iowa and attended Sacred Heart Parish and Wahlert High School. In his early life he attended Loras College, worked for John Deere and married Mary Pamela Hingtgen, with whom he had his first child, Sarah Noel Jochum. Sarah's intellectual disability encouraged Tom to get into politics to fight for people like her. He was elected to the Iowa House of Representatives in 1975 and served for 18 years, where he fought for the rights and needs of underrepresented people.
